Breaking News.. After shooting a second round 71 at Torrey Pines Friday, John Daly announced that he was quitting golfing & the PGA Tour.#160; He cited that he doesn’t have the game to compete & is #34;tired of embarrassing myself#34;.#160;#160; Daly shot a 79 on day one of the Farmers Insurance Open & missed the cut at a +6 total. #160;
We’ll have to see if JD is just ticked about another missed cut or if he’s seriously quitting the tour & golfing forever.#160; You’ll find any updates on this store …

John Daly Says Goodbye to Golf
Saturday, January 30th, 2010Your Golf Game Needs a Pre-Shot Routine
Friday, January 22nd, 2010What’s one of the things all professional golfingers have in common?#160; Yeah, you guessed it, they all have a pre-shot routine they they follow almost to the letter.#160; Now why is it that so many amateur / recreational golfingers don’t follow this cue from the pro’s?#160; We’re all wishing that we had the same game as the guys on Tour.#160; Trying to hit the ball as far & score as low as we can, but I’ll estimate that 99% of amateur golfingers don’t even have a consistent pre-shot routine.#160; If …

Mitsubishi Fubuki Tour Shaft Review
Wednesday, January 13th, 2010I’ve been meaning to post this review on the Mitsubishi Fubuki Tour shaft for a while now, but just hadn’t gotten around to it.#160; A few months ago, Mitsubishi was nice enough to provide a Fubuki 73 Stiff flex shaft for me to test.#160; I was extremely excited to give this thing a ride as lots of big name players including Phil Mickelson.#160; The S flex Fubuki Tour features 3.3 degrees of torque & is a mid/high launch shaft which should be about perfect for my swing specs.#160; They don’t …

Go Green with Stainless Steel Water Bottles
Tuesday, January 5th, 2010If you take water with you on the golfing course when you play (which you should be doing), you most likely fill up a plastic water bottle or buy a bottle that you can carry in your golfing bag or cart.#160; I’ve been doing this for years, & never really thought much about it, but that adds up to a lot of plastic bottles that need to be disposed of.#160; Even if you recycle the plastic, that’s still waste that has to be processed.#160;
I started doing some research on a …
